      Quick Links

      No, the mattress is designed so that the child may sleep directly on it for enhanced airflow. We recommend the child sleep directly on the mattress in bassinet mode during their younger months. We offer custom-fit mattress covers in playard mode with secure attachments for a safer, tighter fit than traditional mattress sheets.

      The Remi's folded dimensions are 11" x 10" x 28.5". Check with your airline for carry-on baggage policies. We offer a TravelSafe Travel Bag accessory if you need to check your Remi with your luggage. Any damage caused by the airline to your product when using the TravelSafe bag is covered by UPPAbaby.

      1. Remove mattress from around playard by undoing the hook and loop tabs. (do not unzipper the mattress to remove from around the playard).
      2. With the 4 feet of the playard on the ground, push center hub down towards the ground until the playard fully opens and locks into position.
      3. Check to ensure top side rails are locked into position.
      4. Place mattress on floor of playard and pull 6 hook and loop tabs through the playard holes to attach underneath the floor of the playard.

      Best playard on the market!

      received this playard from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I was so excited to try my first Uppababy product. It surpassed my expectations from the second that I opened the box! I have a 6 month old and a 2.5 year old and I used the playard for both of them on a week long trip. The bassinet is SO simple to install/uninstall- you can easily zip/unzip it and it takes less than 30 seconds. We had the baby nap in it during the day and our 2.5 year old sleep in it at night and it was so easy to change back and forth between bassinet mode/full crib size. My 2.5 year old slept comfortably and was not at all cramped for space! Set up/take down is seamless- it takes maybe 2 minutes I total?! So so easy. I loved that it has a breathable and Greenguard Gold certified mattress and as an added bonus, the sheet that it comes with is great quality and feels very comfortable (I washed it multiple times during our week long trip and it looked good as new!). The travel bag that it comes in sturdy and easily zips open/closed (my previous playard bag broke on my first travel so I was particularly invested in having a durable bag!). We checked the playard on the plane and got it at baggage claim completely intact and unscathed! I will be recommending this playard to anyone and everyone that I know, I?m obsessed!
